We attempt to send all Mainland UK orders to our customers for a flat fee of £4.95.

Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout based on the delivery address supplied.

We currently only ship within the UK.

If you don’t live within the UK but have fallen in love with something and want to buy it, please get in touch and we will see what we can do to help.

Delivery times may vary,.

We do aim to dispatch your order within 5 working days for stocked items and 5 – 10 working days for Bespoke / Personalised items from the date your order was placed, if we can, we will get it out sooner.

We do not ship on weekends or Bank holidays.

Please ensure that your email address and delivery address are correctly provided.

Incorrectly typed or non-functioning email addresses will stop us communicating with you about your order.

We will arrange shipment of your order to the delivery address given.

It is essential that the address you give to us is correct, if it is not, we cannot be liable for the loss or additional postage costs.

We will keep you updated with progress via email to your supplied email address.

Non-delivery

If you haven’t received your order within 14 working days of dispatch, please let us know so we can arrange refund or replacement.

If your order is tracked as delivered you will be required to sign and return a denial of receipt letter in order for us to claim from the shipper.
